DESCRIPTION:A 60-minute hands-on design sprint on how small Indian cities can move from consuming to making.\n\nA hands-on design sprint using design thinking to explore how small Indian cities can produce more of what they consume. The live case study is Maker's Asylum's July 2026 pledge\, made at the Fab City Summit at MIT\, for Goa to become one of India's first Fab Regions by 2054. In small groups\, participants map what their city makes\, imports and wastes\, then design one piece of making infrastructure that could shift that balance. No maker experience needed\; urban practitioners\, climate researchers\, community leaders\, students and citizens are all welcome. Participants leave with a concept sketch\, new vocabulary for urban production\, and new connections. Ideal group size is 20 to 35 people in groups of 4 to 5.
