Lets build a Unmanned Underwater Vehicle !!!!

Building any remote-controlled vehicle has challenges, but one designed to operate underwater presents even more difficulties. In my talk, I hope to dive deep into what it takes to build an Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) by examining some I have built in the past. We will delve into the science of making things work underwater and discuss how I accomplished this on a complete shoestring budget as a college student. In this talk, I hope to cover many topics, including:

• How I designed my propellers and used 3D printing to make them.
• How I custom-machined parts to create my underwater motors using off-the-shelf DC motors.
• The challenges I faced trying to develop a reliable way to communicate with a drone that operates underwater.
