The Commit Theory is an interactive session exploring Free and Open Source Software, Git & GitHub, and OpenStreetMap (OSM).
We’ll look at the fundamentals of FOSS, how Git enables collaborative development,version control, how GitHub fits into the open-source workflow and how communities use OpenStreetMap (OSM) to build open geographic data. Along the way, discover how you can contribute to open-source projects and become part of the community.
