The FOSS Club of GEC, Sheikhpura is organizing a Google Summer of Code (GSoC) focused conference on careers and opportunities in the open source to introduce students about the GSoC and rapidly growing world of open-source development. This session aims to help students understand how open source projects power modern technology and how contributing to them can significantly enhance technical skills, confidence, and career. The event will highlight the importance of Google Summer of Code, explaining how students can participate, select organizations, write strong proposals, collaborate with global mentors, and get select.
