Improving Frappe Framework API documentation

Work in Progress proposal - As a beginner user of the Frappe Framework, I think the API documentation can be improved. API documentation can be an underappreciated aspect of project documentation but it is incredibly important for developer UX. In this short lightning talk, I talk about how I have slowly improved the API documentation of the framework. I will briefly introduce the standard tools I used to autogenerate and serve API docs.
