For future reference, please refer to the guidelines https://forum.fossunited.org/t/talk-proposal-guidelines-for-a-foss-conference/1923 to improve the proposal for a future meetup. The proposal is more detailed/the outline is clearer than another proposal but the proposal could still highlight what specific projects will be discussed, what performance optimizations will be discussed, the order of magnitude of cost savings by adopting open source map projects, etc.
