"Smart Complaint Box" – A Digital Feedback System

A web-based or desktop application where students can anonymously submit complaints or feedback about college facilities, faculty, or events. The system will categorize complaints (Hostel, Canteen, Academics, etc.), allow tracking of complaint status, and provide an admin panel for college authorities to respond.

Description

The Smart Complaint Box is a digital platform that allows students to submit complaints or feedback regarding various aspects of their college, such as academics, hostel facilities, cafeteria services, and administration. The system ensures anonymity (if chosen) and provides an easy-to-use interface for students to raise their concerns. Additionally, an admin panel will be included for college authorities to manage complaints, track progress, and respond to students.

This project aims to bridge the communication gap between students and college management, ensuring that issues are addressed effectively and transparently.
