A key feature of XTrackMeds is its stock visualization graph, which provides a clear representation of inventory levels. Items that are close to the threshold are highlighted in orange, signaling the need for restocking soon, while low stock levels are marked in red, indicating an urgent need for replenishment. This color-coded approach allows for quick decision-making and better stock management.

XTrackMeds also includes a notification system that alerts users based on stock conditions. It automatically generates notifications for:

• Order Notification – When stock is running low and requires replenishment.

• Low Stock Notification – When inventory drops below a critical threshold.

• Restock Notification – When stock has been successfully replenished.

By analyzing past trends, XTrackMeds enables data-driven decision-making, helping facilities optimize stock levels. The predictive model identifies patterns in stock usage and provides recommendations for replenishment, reducing the risk of critical medication shortages.
