Both men and women sometimes depend on middlemen to get jobs, which can lead to low wages, delayed payments, and lack of transparency. At the same time, people who want to offer work also face difficulty finding reliable workers.
The Rural Employment Platform is designed to solve this problem by creating a direct connection between workers and employers. On this platform, employers can post jobs and workers can apply for jobs based on their skills.
The platform also allows both sides to track job progress and payment status clearly, ensuring transparency. Secure digital payments are supported using Razorpay, allowing employers to make advance and final payments safely.
The main goal of this platform is to help rural communities — especially less educated men and women — easily find employment opportunities while helping employers connect with trusted workers.
