DRUS

DRUS is an AI-powered developer performance analysis and career profiling platform designed to help students and aspiring developers track, evaluate, and present their technical growth effectively. The platform integrates data from coding and learning dashboards to analyse user performance across multiple indicators such as coding scores, badges earned, certificates awarded, competitions won, and platform engagement. Based on these parameters, the system generates an intelligent performance score out of ten, along with a personalized analytical report that highlights strengths, weaknesses, growth trends, and improvement suggestions. 

In addition to performance evaluation, the proposed system uses AI to automatically generate a professional resume from verified user dashboard data. By analysing technical achievements, certifications, coding consistency, and competition outcomes, the platform structures the user’s accomplishments into a recruiter-ready resume format with career-oriented summaries and skill highlights. This reduces the manual effort required for resume preparation and ensures that the profile reflects actual measurable progress. 

The solution addresses the common challenge of fragmented achievement records across multiple learning and coding platforms. Instead of forcing users to manually interpret scattered progress data, DRUS centralizes the information and applies AI-driven analysis to convert raw activity into meaningful academic and career insights. The platform is especially useful for internship preparation, placement readiness, self-assessment, and continuous skill improvement. 

This project extends a full-stack dashboard system into an AI-assisted evaluation tool by combining analytics, reporting, and automated resume generation in a single environment.
