Overview
Our model is an Intelligent timetable scheduler and Smart Classroom Management System designed to simplify academic planning for both students and teachers. It automatically creates conflict-free schedules by considering time slots, room availability, and subject allocations, ensuring smooth coordination without overlps. It have features to modify the schedule if necessary and take care of situatuions like Teacher Loads, Constant Classes, Total Time Bound, Class Variations, Breaks etc.
What makes it more powerful is the integration of agentic AI. Students can choose their preferred subjects, and multiple intelligent agents work together to assign them based on priority, availability, and constraints. In total, the system uses 7 agents along with 1 recovery agent to handle unexpected issues and maintain stability.
ML models are integrated with it, to create the preference lists.
It also features automated credit tracking, helping students understand remaining requirements from past semesters. Additionally, a real-time notification system ensures that if a class is canceled (with prior notice), students are instantly informed, making the system reliable and efficient.
