Just a friendly reminder: The conference will be held at the convention center, NOT the hospital.


Registration Start


Registration: Tickets can be purchased here. (Please note that the entry begins promptly at 8 AM. We recommend planning your commute to ensure you arrive on time)

Food and Beverages at the Event


Catering: Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days. Access is possible only with participant badges (name stickers).


Water Dispenser: Water dispensers are placed throughout the venue. Complimentary coffee and tea will also be available.


Photography and Videography


Coverage: Photography, audio recordings, and video recordings are permitted. Consent: By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to be captured, please inform the photographers or videographers. Group Photo: An official group photo will be taken towards the end of the event (P.S. It is not mandatory for you to join)

  • Rainfall: There may be occasional showers due to the monsoon season, so carrying an umbrella or light rain jacket is advisable.
