I'm a developer and open-source enthusiast passionate about building scalable, decentralized, and privacy-focused applications. I’m currently working on Zephyr, a FOSS social aggregator and media platform that brings together content from platforms like Twitter, Reddit, 4chan, Hacker News, and Tumblr into a single, unified experience. My goal is to create community-driven, user-first platforms that prioritize transparency, freedom, and meaningful discussions.
I primarily work with Next.js (Turborepo), Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO, and Docker. I manage my infrastructure using Coolify on an Oracle Cloud VPS, and I’m always looking for ways to optimize and self-host services to reduce dependency on external providers. I'm also interested in monitoring and scaling applications, using tools like Prometheus and Traefik for load balancing.
Beyond development, I’m deeply invested in open-source software, and I believe in fostering a collaborative, decentralized internet where users have full control over their data and experiences. You can find me on GitHub (@parazeeknova), where I actively contribute to projects and share my work.
Oh, and I have a fat, old black cat with ember-colored eyes—the true mastermind behind my coding sessions. 🐈⬛
