⚡ Guidelines (Important)
Your Pookkalam must be designed exclusively with open-source tools (e.g., Inkscape, GIMP, Krita, Blender, Figma Free, etc).
The event will be conducted live-online.
Final submission rules will be revealed 10 minutes before the competition.
❌ Designs made with paid/proprietary tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro) will be disqualified.
